Visual machine check up
Save all parameters
Check of level and contamination of vacuum pump and turbine / Booster oil
Check of filters
Check of the mounting of connector, PCB and cables
Check of Safety interlocks
Lubrications
Check of Ball screw (Hybrid only)
Check of Gantry (Flying Optic only)
Shuttle Table (as applicable)
Chiller and contamination of cooling water
Check of internal and external laser gas leak
Check of Assist gas
Fume collecting
Check of mirrors in internal and external optics
Beam path bellows and alignment
Measurement of actual output power
Check of electrical discharge and laser output power calibration
Check of machine processing performance
This agreement does not include the following items:
Parts
Oil, filters
Chiller flushing
These items must be maintained by the customer as per their respective published schedules
