 Q: Please introduce your company.
A: Metal Tech Partners is a manufacturer of telecommunications products, outdoor products and automotive products primarily made of sheeet metal. We operate 2 Han-Kwang FL Laser cutters and 2 Han-Kwang KOBA Laser cutters for the majority of our fabrication.
Q: How have you utilized Han-Kwang laser cutting machinery and what has your experience been?
A: We successfully fabricate a variety of parts from material from 26-gauge to 1" thick. Han-Kwang products are the best for a low cost alternative to the major brands. Our lasers operate roughly 6- to 7,000 hours per year with very little un-scheduled maintenance. They are also extremely simple to operate and maintain. Operator training can be done in just an hour for basic operations.
