HAN-KWANG USA
Han-Kwang USA, Inc. was established in 1998 to provide sales and service support of HanKwang laser cutting systems in North America including Canada and Mexico as well as the United States.
Our technical demo center, located in Lombard, Illinois represents our commitment to the North American metal fabrication industry to support HanKwangÕs products and the customers various need for laser cutting applications. It features two laser cutting systems for demonstration and application studies for customers. We also house a large inventory of parts for immediate shipment.
To provide local service support in the Eastern and Southeastern U.S., our Charlotte, North Carolina service center was opened in 2005 providing service and training as well as parts supply. More than 95% of service parts orders received by Chicago Inventory Warehouse by 3:15p.m. are shipped the same day to the customers to keep their machines running without interruption.
